About the Role - With an ambitious product roadmap ahead, we are looking for a Product Designer with extensive experience working on SaaS products to own end-to-end product design. As a design-centric company, this is a highly valued, critical role and will report to our Head of Product/Co-Founder. This is a hybrid role: 2 days in our Sydney office (Surry Hills), 3 days remote. Responsibilities Information Architecture: Develop user flows and wireframes to effectively organize user journeys and functionality Visual Design: Create engaging visual designs that reflect our brand identity and enhance usability Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and customers Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure alignment between design and functionality Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design, Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4-6 years of UI/UX design experience in software, ideally SaaS-based products or equivalent, and across platforms (web and mobile) Proven experience in UI/UX with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software Proficient in handing off and communicate designs to engineering teams Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Statement - Unfortunately, we''re not able to sponsor for this role, so we can only consider candidates with full working rights in Australia.
