About the role This fast-paced and varied role involves providing front of house and general office support to our Perth-based team. Key responsibilities of this role will include: Providing PA support to Lead Partner including diary management and meeting scheduling, ordering catering and preparing meeting rooms, preparing documentation, and processing expenses. Taking the lead on liaising with internal stakeholders to organise all aspects of client events, onsite and offsite. Managing front of house, welcoming clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering calls and receiving and dispatching deliveries and mail as required. About you Were looking for someone with: Previous demonstrated working experience supporting leaders and team members in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills, with high levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, and a proactive approach to work and priorities. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with the proven ability to use initiative and creativity to achieve outcomes and solve problems. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Exposure to event management is critical.
