About The Role In this newly created role, as Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with the Corporate functions and Procurement Property and Fleet business functions strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include; Design, develop, configure and test solutions for solving operations issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges, providing business and project support Work with the business and external vendors to direct and develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements, while maximising the benefits of Jemena eco-systems Design and document business requirements, functional design documents and business cases for proposed work as and when needed, ensuring best practice design and consulting on options for business consideration Review, refine and assess enhancement backlogs. Proactively identify business process improvements Contribute to the successful execution of initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support implementation and benefits realisation About You To be successful in this, you will demonstrate some experience as a Business Analyst in a Digital/Technology environment, with a strong understanding of SAP, modern digital solutions, and business process optimisation, along with; Proven experience working with modern digital solutions, including cloud platforms, AI-driven applications, automation tools, and system integrations Strong ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive growth Previous experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
