Were evolving and we need people like you to bring new ideas, innovate and make your mark.Job DescriptionNine is on the hunt for a vibrant and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming heart of our Perth office!In this pivotal role, you''ll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, whether greeting visitors in person or assisting callers over the phone. You''ll expertly facilitate all aspects of customer service, ensuring the reception area is always impeccably maintained, and that every visitor is handled proficiently and to the utmost standards, ensuring Nine''s corporate image is upheld at all times.Day to day you will:Ensure a smooth and efficient reception is delivered, and a high standard of service is provided to all visitors, contractors and employees of the Nine Network Australia.Greet and acknowledge guests to Nine in a professional and courteous manner as appropriate.Promote the corporate image of the Nine Network Australia and ensure the reception area is well maintained to a corporate standard.Receive, direct and relay messages and telephone messages in a polite and courteous manner as appropriate.Receive and process all incoming and outgoing courier parcels and mail.Coordinate taxis for guests as required or directed by Nine.General office upkeep such as maintaining staff kitchen amenities and replenishing stockOrder Stationery and maintain stationery suppliesAssist with events and catering requirement for the station, time to time Other duties as reasonably required.QualificationsWhat you''ll bring:A high level of customer service skillsA high level of presentation skillKnowledge of Nine programmingBasic clerical skillsUse of Google and GmailKnowledge of the Alcatel switchboard system (desirable)Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
