Be Supportive. Were looking for a passionate and strategic Regulatory & Compliance Lead to join our Retail Transformation team. As the Regulatory & Compliance Lead Regulatory Change and Reporting , you will lead the development of regulatory and compliance capabilities within AGLs Retail Transformation Program. Your focus will be on: Coordinating and tracking regulatory changes impacting the program Developing systems and processes to meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements Partnering with business units to proactively manage regulatory risks Simplifying regulatory frameworks to support innovation and customer-centric transformation Youll work across a wide range of stakeholders, providing expert advice and driving a culture of compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver external regulatory compliance reporting and internal management reporting Monitor and implement new regulatory obligations in collaboration with Retail Transformation and operational teams Lead regulator engagement, including responses to the Australian Energy Regulator and Essential Services Commission of Victoria Provide strategic, commercially practical regulatory advice across business units Mentor and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence Support initiatives such as product development, marketing, and sales with regulatory insights Promote a positive compliance culture where risks are openly discussed and addressed About You Youre a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for regulatory excellence and transformation. You bring: Prior experience in regulatory or compliance roles within the retail energy industry Deep understanding of energy regulatory frameworks Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments A commitment to best practice and continuous improvement in compliance Why Join Us?
