This role is based in our Brisbane office, and will see you working at the forefront of complex technology and outsourcing projects for our Australian and internationally based clients. You will also be involved in advising on a range of related issues including intellectual property, privacy and artificial intelligence. Working closely with Partners Simon Newcomb and Cameron Gascoyne as part of a driven, and dynamic team, this role will work across both private and public sectors with a shared vision of shaping Australias future business, industry and consumer landscape through transformative work and revolutionary thinking. To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-5 years post-qualification experience in a (preferably top tier) firm environment A strong academic record of achievement Exceptional technical (especially contract drafting) skills A capacity for superior written and verbal expression and an aptitude for reshaping and expressing complex concepts in a concise and intelligent way Creativity, imagination and the capacity for unconventional problem-solving Prior experience with technology contracts is not essential, although ideally you will have an interest in technology trends and the legal and regulatory issues arising from emerging technologies.
