We are seeking a strong litigator to join the practice, construction experience is desirable. Working with our reputable Partners Dale Brackin and Frazer Moss, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice. We act on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia, particularly in the procurement and transport sectors. You will be exposed to complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring a seamless service to our clients. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 4 years PQE with solid dispute resolution experience.
