This role involves driving daily client engagement through leadership of our Pool & Spa Technicians, requiring passion for the pool industry and strong stakeholder engagement skills.Role ResponsibilitiesSchedule and organize jobs, manage technician schedules, and coordinate business operations.Coordinate the repair of client equipment promptly, adhering to service standards.Provide operational support to technicians, ensuring they have necessary resources and assistance.Coordinate and support the service team and technicians, including training requirements.Manage office duties such as staff recruitment, training coordination, timesheet reporting, and process improvements.Review technician notes and client recommendations, prepare quotes, and communicate with clients professionally.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and service.Procure equipment and chemicals, manage supplier relationships, and communicate changes effectively.Candidate ProfileExcellent communication and IT skills, proficiency in scheduling and accounting software, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.Valid unrestricted drivers license and willingness to undergo police clearance.Customer-focused, meticulous, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of client service.Punctual, reliable, courteous, trustworthy, and eager to learn and grow.Experience in the pool industry, especially in a service or technical role, with a desire to transition to a supervisory or administrative position.Why Join Poolwerx?Beyond pools, we focus on problem-solving, scientific excellence, and community impact.
