This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidates availability.Role OverviewAs a Trainer, your role is pivotal in enhancing the student learning experience. You will deliver and assess high-quality, compliant, and engaging training that aligns with RGITs policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, as well as regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities Deliver barista training sessions that are practical, interactive, and aligned with industry standards. Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students. Teach the fundamentals of coffee preparation, machine operation, and customer service. Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of training and assessments. Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.What Were Looking For Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Certification and extensive experience in Barista skills, Food Safety, and RSA training. Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. A passion for teaching and empowering students with real-world skills.
