Youll take the lead in their absence and play a key role in driving team performance and guest satisfaction.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging daily park operations and responding to after-hours calloutsSupporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handlingAssisting with budgeting and revenue trackingLeading and mentoring staff across departmentsHelping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and complianceContributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiativesAbout YouYoure a confident all-rounder with great communication skills and a strong service mindset.
