Supervisors will only be contacted if the need to recruit arises.Casual Examination SupervisorsYou will play a key role to ensure all students have the opportunity to sit examinations under optimal conditions according to University assessment and examination policies and procedures.Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToSupervise student seating arrangements and assist with student direction and seating allocation.Verify student identification and manage examination materials, including attendance forms and question papers.Monitor student behaviour and address inquiries during examinations, ensuring compliance with examination regulations.Perform miscellaneous duties as instructed by the Chief Supervisor or Senior Administrative Officers, Examinations.Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, climbing stairs, and lifting items of up to 5 kgs.Key TimesSupervisors are required for the following exam periods:Saturday 26 July 2025 - Herston (Health Sciences Building and UQCCR), Mater Hospital (Whitty Building), St Lucia, Dutton Park (TRI Building)Saturday 18 October 2025 - Herston (Health Sciences Building and UQCCR), Mater Hospital (Whitty Building), St Lucia, Dutton Park (TRI Building)Saturday 15 November 2025 - Herston (Health Sciences Building and UQCCR), Mater Hospital (Whitty Building), St Lucia, Dutton Park (TRI Building)About YouPhysical fitness and mental agility to maintain exam support duties while standing or walking for extended periods.Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic exam environment.Strong team player with a commitment to reliability.Proficiency in technology and computer literacy, including email communication, basic AV equipment operation, and online form completion.Effective communication skills to interact professionally with students from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.You are not eligible for this role if you are a current coursework student at UQ or any other institution.
