The resort is an exclusive community set within the premium Emerald Lakes precinct. Completed in 2016, this lakefront community comprises 126 luxury residences surrounded by water and parkland. With an unrivalled and irreplaceable CBD location, this resort has direct golf buggy access to the Emerald Lakes Town Centre, an 18-hole championship golf course, medical facilities, and a stylish caf and restaurant hub.About The RoleProvide on-site and after-hours emergency contact and assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management is required. The core working hours are Monday Friday, 7 am 3 pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all operational aspects and security of the communityProvide high-level customer service to residentsManage materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources effectivelyConduct routine safety inspections for residentsEnsure community grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standardPerform general gardening duties; swimming management experience is preferredCoordinate external trades and contractorsWork closely with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the Lifestyle CommunityAbout YouExperience in permanent resident facility management while residing on-sitePhysically fit to meet the demands of the roleExceptional customer service skillsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, capable of working autonomouslyPride in work and presentation, especially in a high-end Land Lease CommunityBenefitsJob security with an ASX-listed organisationVaried and unique roleChallenging and rewarding career opportunitiesIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please apply and submit your resume.
