Hone your skills and develop new ones, take on big challenges and grow, through mentorship, collaboration, and empowerment.Thiess is the place to make things happen.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join the Warehouse crew at Pembroke Resources new autonomous mine in the Bowen Basin - the Olive Downs Complex.Pembroke Resources Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located 40 kilometres South-East of Moranbah which commenced mining operations mid-2023.Thiess has recently been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full-service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as the construction of the mine infrastructure.About The RoleWorking a 7/7 DS NS roster and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:Establishing, maintaining, and promoting high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain the stores efficiently and ensure the inventory is optimisedEnsure parts and equipment for the mobile and fixed plant fleets are available to meet organisational and maintenance targetsPerform general administration duties as required to ensure daily performance targets are achievedOptimise efficient operation of the warehouse by coordinating deliveries with carriers and adhering to schedules and deadlinesManagement of stores inventory and coordination of periodic stock takesAssisting Warehouse Supervisor as requiredAbout YouAs a successful applicant, you will be a high-achieving team-focused individual whoenjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
