Whether you''re experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.Do you meet these minimum requirements?Live in or near Kincumber including surrounding suburbs Bensville, Copacabana, Davistown, Empire Bay, Green Point, Hardys Bay, Killcare Heights, MacMasters Beach, Picketts Valley, Pretty Beach, Saratoga or Yattalunga NSW.Hold a current Australian Drivers'' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care settingAvailable to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday (1 Weekend a month is required)Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing homeIf you''re saying ''YES'' to these, we''d love to have you join us!What this role offers:Open to Experienced candidatesPermanent Part-Time or Casual ContractsPermanent Contract hours:20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel timeWhat Youll Be Doing:Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone''s day!As a valued team member, youll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
