The main objective of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction as well as providing accurate technical information about our products and services to our customers.We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and a true passion for supportingour customers!Responsibilities include;Providing a high level of customer service to all customersServing customers visiting our showroom, demonstrating products and providing product informationTaking and processing customer orders over the telephoneWorking through customer service cases to resolve customer queriesResponding to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and live chatFollowing up oncustomers inquiries and delivery datesBuilding quality, long term relationships with customers and other stakeholders internal and external to the businessMaintaining product knowledge and learning about new products when they are releasedSupporting customers in the showroom when requiredWhat you''ll need to succeed;2+ year in a customer service roleExperiencein both customer-facing and phone-based customer service rolesIntermediate/advanced computer knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook (experience withSalesforce and SAP is highly desirable)Passionate about providing excellent serviceExcellent communicationskills,time management, organisationand attention to detailHighly self motivated, with the ability to work remotely from the core team based in MelbourneAbility to multi-taskand take initiative to make sure we exceedcustomer expectationsEnthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamFamiliar with online ordering systemsTechnical sales, cabinetmaking or building industry experience is desired, not essential.What we offerA fantastic working environment and work-life balanceFull on-the-job training with a comprehensive induction planExciting development and learning opportunitiesFun and supportive company cultureIn exchange for your experience, commitment, and hard work, you will join a fast-growing family run company that looks after its people.
