The Opportunity As an integral part of the team, your duties will include assisting with Facilities maintenance across Village Roadshow Studios. Your Day To Day Assist with various rebuilds and repairs Follow workshop procedures and maintain the workplace in a clean and organised manner to ensure a safe working environment Assist and facilitate general day-to-day maintenance requirements Liaise professionally with team members and stakeholders Use a tablet-based CMMS for scheduled work, preventative maintenance, defect reporting, and follow-up communications Perform basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, gardening, and general maintenance repairs involving buildings, furniture, and flooring Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent service and promote a positive working environment Adhere to maintenance task instructions as set out Assist in breakdowns and out-of-hours works when required What Youll Bring Proven experience in a trades-related role Elevated Work Platform license and Forklift license advantageous Basic electrical safety awareness and understanding advantageous Ability to work at heights A manual drivers license is essential Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions About the Perks!
