In this role, you will provide person-centred care and daily living support to NDIS participants across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support across flexible shifts, including:Morning, afternoon & night shifts tailored to your availabilityDaily personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, feedingMobility assistance: transfers, hoists, safe movementMeal prep & housekeeping: cooking, cleaning, laundry, gardeningCommunity engagement: shopping trips, leisure activities, transport support.What We are Looking For:A genuine passion for helping others and delivering person-centred careCertificate III (or working towards) in Aged Care, Disability or Individual SupportNDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent driver''s license and a reliable vehicleFlexibility to work morning, afternoon, or night shiftsStrong communication skills and a caring, patient natureKey Responsibilities:Deliver personal care with empathy and respect (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)Support participants with mobility, transfers, and safe movementAssist with meal preparation, feeding, and general domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)Provide transport and support for community access, appointments, and social activitiesBuild positive, trusting relationships with participants and their familiesAccurately document progress, concerns, and changes in care needsSupport participants in building daily living skills and confidenceUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
