The venue offers friendly service, weekly trivia nights, and a modern gaming lounge featuring state-of-the-art machines.What you can expect in a day in this role:In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.Some of your day-to-day duties will include:Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operationsManaging TAB functionsDay-to-day operations of gaming roomsAssisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries and complaintsUphold cleanliness and hygiene standardsWhat you will bring to the role:Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative, you will have:Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyKnowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesA professional & mature can do attitude with the ability to work autonomouslyCurrent Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB would be advantageousPlease note: Success in this role requires flexibility to work a range of evening and weekend shifts, with finishes as late as 4:00 AM.
