We believe food is best enjoyed slowly and shared, with locally sourced wines or vibrant cocktails.THE ROLE:With a passion for local produce and flair for creating extraordinary dishes, you will:Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and food experiencesFoster a culture of innovation and creativityProvide hands-on support to junior kitchen staffCollaborate with the F&B Service team and all hotel departmentsPromote and ensure WH&S compliance in the kitchenContribute to seasonal and promotional menu creationSupport procurement, preparation, and presentation of foodABOUT YOU:You will be enthusiastic with technical experience in a high-functioning kitchen and hold a relevant trade qualification.
