Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.About the roleAs an Underground Bogger operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and tele-remote boggers to transport waste rock and ore within the underground mining environment.Key Responsibilities:Bogging of development headings to stockpiles and haul trucksConduct regular equipment inspections and report faultsPerform road works and manage spillage and sump boggingMaintain high standards of work quality and safety complianceIdentify and escalate opportunities for operational efficiencyDemonstrate strong safety leadership and environmental awarenessYou will report directly to the Mining Shift Supervisorand collaborate with key stakeholders including the Underground Mine Foreman, Superintendent, Technical Services, Surveyors, and Maintenance teams.About youYou are a safety-focused and experienced underground mining professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.Essential Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 3 years underground mining experienceAt least 2 years loader operator experienceStrong knowledge of general mine services and safe working proceduresGood written and verbal communication skillsManual adeptness and mechanical aptitudeWorking knowledge of JSA systemsAt Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
