Due to exciting business growth, we are on the hunt for our next Manufacturing and Production Technician to support our Customer First philosophy in Welshpool, Perth.This role will see you manufacture, assemble, service and/or test as required Wire ropes, Wire rope slings, Chain slings and other lifting, rigging or safety products/assemblies in accordance with Australian Standards and company policies and procedures.Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Operating hydraulic press, chain cutter and other testing equipmentAssembly and inspection of lifting gearManufacturing, testing of chain and wire rope slingsPick packing of products of customers ordersAdhering to the companys HSE policies and proceduresTo be successful, you will bring;Previous experience in manufacturing / stores / warehousing environmentKnowledge in the Lifting, Rigging or Safety Industry preferred but not essentialAbility to interpret technical information and perform standard calculationsForklift licence with recent experience requiredA commitment to safety and qualityClear verbal and written communicationAbility and willingness to work in a small teamExperience in a customer focused environmentDedication, reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethicAbout us:Career development and progression pathwaysA supportive network of stakeholdersDiscounts to retail and corporate partnersRefer-A-Friend and earn up to $2,000 per successful referralLong and short term incentive schemesAt Bullivants, for over 120 years, our purpose is to make lifting safe and efficient by partnering with our customers to deliver a range of lifting and heavy rigging products coupled with service and reliability maintenance.
