This program provides clinical and psychosocial support to participants and are underpinned by evidence-based best practice.To be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience working in a support role for people with a mental health challengesDemonstrated experience and/or transferable skills & knowledge in working with people with a serious mental health challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRight to work within AustraliaCurrent valid Drivers Licence and the ability to undertake some travelNDIS Worker Orientation Module CertificateSatisfactory National Police Records Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children''s CheckWhy us?Wellways are a team of approximately 2000 staff and 150 volunteers across 93 sites providing a range of programs, services and supports to people right across Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Tasmania.
