Our beautifulDevonport storeare lookingfor a casual commercial cleaner to join their team.This role involves cleaning of the store and surrounding areas in the early mornings. The successful candidate will be responsible forensuring that the shop floor and working areas are clean, tidy and safe and ready for the day.Duties will include:General cleaning, scrubbing, dusting and polishingSweeping, vacuuming and mopping shop floor and work areasRemoving rubbish and recyclable materialCleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, replenishing suppliesYou will need:Previous experience working as a commercial cleanerMorning shift availability (5am - 8am) Mon - Wed each weekPhysical fitness for lifting, standing and all general cleaning dutiesUnderstanding of health and safety regulations, and use of solventsThe ability to work quickly and efficiently, with strong attention to detailWillingness to take direction, but also work autonomouslyAt Hill Street, we bring happiness through great food and are passionate about giving exceptional customer service. The 2024-25 base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:Full time & part timeWeekdays $26.55Saturday $39.19Sunday $39.83CasualWeekdays $33.19Saturday $39.83Sunday $46.46Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
