Personal Care Assistant - Daylesford Aged CareDependent on experience + superannuationCentral Highlands Rural Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants, required for a variety of shifts both part time and casual at our Aged Care Facility based in Daylesford.Daylesford Aged Care is a 30-bed facility, co-located with Daylesford Hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing a high standard of care in a supportive and inclusive environment.What we need from youCertificate III in individual support/Certificate III Aged Care or similar QualificationExperience in an Aged Care environmentExperience providing services and activities centred around our resident needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting and assisting with social activitiesHigh level of customer service skillsExperience in electronic documentationUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and resposibilitiesAvailable to work accross 7 days both evening and morning shiftsDetails of Appointment:Permanent part-time and Casual Positions availableDependent on experieince, as per award + superannuation (25% Casual Loading for casual appointments)About CHRH:Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
