Diamond Bros Transport, a family-owned business established in 1956, is looking for a motivated and experienced Yard Hand to join our team in Largs Bay. We are a well-respected name in the transport industry, committed to providing high-quality service and fostering a positive work environment.In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard. Your tasks will include fuelling trucks, running vehicles and trailers through our automatic wash system, and ensuring that all departing vehicles are ready to go. You will help ensure our business runs smoothly and that every piece of equipment is clean, maintained, and prepared to meet our high standards.Key Responsibilities:Fuelling trucks and ensuring vehicles are ready for dispatchOperating trucks and trailers through the automatic wash systemMaintaining an organised and tidy yardPerforming general yard duties to ensure safety and efficiencyAdhering to safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) complianceDemonstrating a positive, team-oriented approach to workTo be successful in this role, you will need:A current HC or HR Licence (highly desirable)A high-risk forklift licenceA safety-first mindset and a commitment to COR complianceA professional and reliable attitudeStrong punctuality and dependabilityA proven work history with a focus on quality performanceAttention to detail and motivation to get the job done rightAbility to work well in a collaborative team environmentAt Diamond Bros Transport, we value our people and our relationships with customers.
