Youll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the groups success.About The RoleWorking in a fast-paced team environment on a clients site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.Scope of the role includes:Daily mail and courier managementHandling and resolving customers phone and email enquiriesMaintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationeryMaintaining database and updates of presentationCourier bookings and lodgements with various courier companiesLight cleaning dutiesAd hoc administration and dutiesSome heavy lifting maybe involvedAbout YouFor you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You have the talent in creating a good presentation and possess a good communication skill.
