Facilities Management | ArumaAbout The RoleWere looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Dubbo! Youll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, well provide the training you need to succeed.Position DetailsEmployment Type: Full-Time Perm x 38 hours per weekWorking Hours: Between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMStart Date: As soon as possibleTravel Requirements: Yes travel is required as part of the role, but you will not be expected to use your own vehicle. A company vehicle will be provided when available.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenanceSupport the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team cultureAssist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goalsComplete tasks as directed by Team LeadersBring a positive, can-do attitude to every job!What Were Looking ForBackground in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identificationFamiliarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed)Physically fit for manual handling tasksStrong communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise tasks within a small teamValid drivers licence - minimum P2Confident towing a trailerHold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens CheckWhat We OfferSalary Packaging: Increase your take-home pay.
