The Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing, picking and distributing stock in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve productivity targets across Topgolf Gold Coast. All within safety guidelines.Ensure stock is picked in accordance with the daily requirements.Ensure all stock discrepancies, soiled stock and damages are brought to the attention of the Warehouse Senior and Kitchen Administration AssistantEnsure programmed and immediate stock maintenance occurs. Conduct cyclic stocktakes as directed by the Inventory Controllers.Operate vehicles and plant safely and in accordance with Top Golf policies and procedures. Unload and locate stock from local and overseas suppliers, including containers in a safe manner.Maintain & update training manual & kitchen stationery forms as requiredWhat Were Looking ForSound understanding of cost of goods (GOGS) and month end posting policiesGood knowledge of kitchen operationKnowledge of SAP an advantagePrevious experience in stock handling in a warehouse environmentStrong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Proven ability to safely load and unload vehicles.Load bearing, pallet stacking, stock rotation experience.Experience with cyclic and programmed stocktakingManual driving licence.Forklift Licence (is required)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areasStrong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail.Be able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
