Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. We also recognize 2nd year nursing students with a placement in Aged Care and other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it, as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.Infinite Care accepts the Ausmed Passport, which is a free, digital certificate for the Australian aged care workforce that recognises their completion of eight, sector-wide, core mandatory training topics.Our care roles are busy!
