Youll provides strong leadership to foster your team''s growth, led by example, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients.As a Senior Support Worker, you will supervise and mentor Support Workers. Youll work under the guidance of the Senior Care Team Coordinator to ensure safe and quality care of clients. Your responsibilities will include:Client reviews (annual and as required)Onboard clients new to aged care servicesPerforming administrative duties as requiredSupporting the onboarding of new Support Worker staffCoaching and mentoring of a team of Support WorkersMonitoring service delivery to ensure safe, high-quality care and client satisfactionResponding to and documenting incidents and feedbackAbout youYoure an experienced and compassionate support worker with a natural ability to lead and inspire others. You are committed to empowering older Australians to live independently and confidently in their own homes. You bring empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills, along with a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference.In addition, you''ll bring:Certificate III in Aged, Community, or Disability CareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtensive experience in community support or home careConfidence in mentoring others and promoting a collaborative work environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsA current Drivers LicenseA roadworthy vehicle registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insuranceNational Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)About the benefitsYou''ll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming Western Australian organisation passionately committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
