Thisrole will feed your soul.We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexibleindividuals to join our Bethanie Community South Metro team as apart- time Qualified Support Worker supportingareas within the South West (Bunbury)region.Whilst you use your own car we offer a travel allowanceof $0.92 per kilometre.To be considered for this role you will be available towork:Permanent part time (minimum 20 hours per weekguaranteed)Working shifts between the hours of 9:00/10:00am 7:00pm acrossMonday to Friday.About the role:Professionally deliver a variety of services (includingcommunity outings, food, leisure, supporting hobbies andinterests)All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documentedappropriatelyProvide respect and compassion to clientsSupport customer with transport to appointmentsProvide social support to customers spending time doing thethings they loveAbout you:Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Careenvironment desiredCert 3 in Individual Support, Aged Care or DisabilityAbility to work independently, as well as part of ateamAbility to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients aremaintainedDrivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicleCurrent Police Clearance, or willingness to apply foroneWilling to obtain required vaccinations 1x covidand annual flu vaccinationWorking with BethanieAt Bethanie we are committed to being an employer of choice bycreating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people,customers and residents.
