Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Head Chef.QualificationsExperience working in a commercial kitchen.Demonstrated knife skills and ability to efficiently prepare large quantities of mis en place.Completion of Food Safety/Food Handling course preferred.Additional InformationWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
