The PM Shift technician role will be reporting to the newly created role of Reliability and Maintenance Manager and will be involved in MEX implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. If you are looking for a role that has career opportunities and contributes to future proofing the site for growth, then this is the best time join the team at Clayton.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ongoing preventative maintenance and servicing of machinery within the facility to ensure all plant and equipment are maintained in prime and safe operating condition.Diagnosing faults and liasing with relevant stakeholders to manage downtime, while meeting production commitments.Assist with stock control of all relevant spare parts.Use CMMS (MEX) to drive our preventative maintenance program, and build foundations on predictive maintenance.Drive a culture ofsafety throughout the organisationDesired Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate:3-5 years experience in an FMCG environment, ideally food and dairy productsCertificate 3 Electrical or MechanicalPLC, Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting and hands on experienceFamiliar with CMMS systems like MEX, etcElectrician withstrong mechanical aptitude / or mechanical trade with strong electrical.Workedwith variety of high speed equipment, food processing, fillers, packers etc.Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Ability to use CMMS (Mex or equivalent) to ensure all work completed is logged and to assist in identification of trends / failure analysis.Working knowledge of EHS, with a "safety always mindset"The Perks We Can Offer:A collaborative, inclusive and engaging culture with a genuine commitment to our peopleReward & Recognition program to acknowledge the hard-work and dedication of our teamsBi-monthly Townhalls to bring our teams together and drive engagementAccess to Telus Health a complimentary counselling service available 24/7 to our teams12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersAccess to complimentary annual Vaccination shots and skin checks #J-18808-Ljbffr
