Whether its offering personalised recommendations, restocking shelves, or keeping our store sparkling, youll play a vital role in creating unforgettable in-store experiences.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences that reflect a deep understanding of individual beauty needsProvide expert in-store makeup and/or beauty services in a warm, inclusive, and consultative mannerSupport customers with product recommendations and demonstrations to help them feel confident and empoweredUphold high standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and in-store presentationAssist with the smooth delivery of in-store activations, beauty events, and service appointmentsContribute to a positive team culture that values customer connection, collaboration, and continuous learningAct as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the BeautyBar experience to life on the shop floorSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a retail, beauty, or service-based role (makeup artistry or beauty therapy experience highly regarded)A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer serviceSkilled in either product-based customer interaction, in-store makeup application, or beauty treatmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with peopleConfidence in working in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible, can-do attitudeProfessional presentation and a proactive approach to exceeding customer expectationsYoull need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead-up to Christmas.Please note your availability in the cover letter section of your application.Benefits & PerksAt DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
