Join to apply for the Personal Assistant role at Longreach Recruitment6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Personal Assistant role at Longreach RecruitmentWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two senior executives (Managing Director & COO) within a boutique investment and property finance business.This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leadership team, providing end-to-end support across administrative, operational, and personal tasks, all while contributing to the success of an organisation focused on quality investments, investor relationships and capital preservation.About the Role: This is a diverse and fast-moving role offering exposure to a broad range of responsibilities:Diary, email and travel management for the MD and COOPreparing investor documents, reports, presentations, and board papersLiaising with investors, internal teams and external stakeholdersSupporting strategic initiatives and tracking key projects and deadlinesCoordinating meetings, events, investor briefings and roadshowsProviding occasional personal assistance (appointments, errands, etc.)What Were Looking For:Minimum 5 years experience as a PA or EA to senior leadershipIndustry background in property, investment, finance or legal preferredExceptional organisation, prioritisation and attention to detailHigh emotional intelligence, discretion and confidentialityStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience idealFlexible and responsive, with a calm and composed manner under pressureWhats on Offer:Work with a close-knit, family orientated team that values culture and collaborationExposure to high-net-worth and institutional investor environmentsCompetitive remuneration package including performance-based bonusesModern, open-plan officeWork-life balance, with a mix of professional support and strategic contributionTravel opportunities as neededIf you have the required experience, please apply below.
