Alongside the warehouse team you will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities such as picking, packing and receiving/despatch of goodsto the warehouse. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:Receiving, unpackingand storage of incoming goodsPicking and packing of ordersChecking picked orders, invoicing and branch transfersHousekeeping and maintenanceof the warehouse areaAssist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checksAdhering to warehousing and inventory proceduresInvestigate and resolve customer problems with deliveriesUse of forklifts/machinery to move goodsOperate computer software to locate stock codes, checkpurchase orders, track back orders, locate and track stock movements and transfersPerforming deliveries of customer orders where requiredAbout you:To be successful in this position you will:Have a current forklift licence;Have a current QLD Drivers Licence;Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude;Be well presented and willing to learn and develop new skills;Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;Enjoy working as part of a team;Have strong attention to detail;Previous experience working in a warehouse is preferred.Benefits:Be part of and contribute to Baysets positive team culture.Celebrate successes with monthly team lunches and reward and recognition programs.Birthday Leave!
