We will provide you with more than just a job, we will offer you training and a career where you can expect to be:Sourcing & managing candidates for a high-volume specialist industry via a multitude of channelsAssessing applications and conducting thorough interviews reviewing candidates'' skills, behaviours and attitudeWriting advertisements and marketing materialsMaintaining compliance and candidate profilesComplete due diligence actions including police checks, medical bookings and qualification checksProvide outstanding service to your candidates while taking a genuine interest in their career and businessesBuild and maintain candidate pools for current and future demandsManage candidate aftercareThis role will focus predominately on candidate management and administration support, however we are looking for candidates who have the ability to step up to assist with email and telephone correspondence with clients during busy times.What you''ll need to succeedWe hire based on potential and our Resourcers are diverse with many different backgrounds.
