Its an exciting time to join our team.The InterContinental Perth City Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Bell Attendant a service-focused individual passionate about creating memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYReporting to the Chief Concierge, you will welcome guests with personalized service and assist their journey upon arrival and departure. Your role is to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued during their stay.You will be the first point of contact upon guest arrival and the last before departure. Responsibilities include:Welcoming guests or visitors at their vehicle,Providing a personal greeting upon their first interaction with the hotel,Handling luggage with care and respect,Connecting guests to the Front Desk team while maintaining seamless service,Guiding guests to their rooms and providing an overview of hotel facilities and room features,Providing basic knowledge about Perths offerings during their stay,Offering valet parking services as needed.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences,Strong verbal communication skills, able to initiate conversations with anyone,Flexibility to work a range of hours between 7am and 11pm, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as this is a full-time role.All candidates must also:Hold a WA drivers license,Have unrestricted working rights for Australia.
