This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and a high level of attention to detail but very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure the highest levels of health and hygiene are maintained at The Star Gold Coast.A few of your responsibilities:Working closely with our culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned, organized, and restocked, so everything is set for a seamless serviceEnsure cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintainedMaintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venuesSafely handle and store chemicals and equipment in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environmentWhat are we looking for:Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster including overnight shiftsGood communication skills, with a positive and professional attitudeAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbout you:With your exceptional attention to detail and friendly disposition, you will take pride in contributing to our world-class experience for our guests.
