About the RoleBOSS Engineering is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Paint General Labourer to join our Paint team in Inverell. This is a hands-on role supporting our powder coating and painting operations ideal for someone who is physically fit, eager to learn, and takes pride in being part of a hardworking team that delivers quality results.What Youll DoRack and hang parts ready for paintingLearn and contribute to powder coating operations and equipment maintenancePrepare components using shot blasting and sandblasting equipmentOrganise and move parts through the painting processMaintain a tidy work area and ensure safe work practicesSupport the Paint team and other departments as requiredOperate forklifts (if licensed) and assist with general labouring dutiesWhat Youll BringPhysically capable of manual labour and repetitive tasksPositive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesHigh attention to safety and quality standardsForklift licence (desirable, not essential)Why Join Us?Full-time, permanent role in a growing Australian manufacturerOn-the-job training provided no experience requiredSupportive team environment with room to growOpportunities to develop skills in powder coating and surface preparationHours & Conditions7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays.
