Join us and be part of a team thats shaping the future of transport in Australia.About The TeamOur Operations team works with a diverse customer base to support several nationally significant supply chains. With management responsibility spanning across five states, our 8,500km rail network is used to transport bulk products, passenger and general freight, including steel and a vast array of consumer items such as groceries, electrical goods and other items for both import and export markets.The Operations teams work within several complex and challenging environments, including some of the busiest rail corridors in Australia to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable service delivery outcomes for its customers, stakeholders and the community.About The OpportunityTo provide the required support to achieve accuracy of data in various systems including asset management, finance, and shared drives while ensuring the team has everything they need to function.Responsibilities Of The Role Include, But Not Limited ToCreate, modify and load accurate data into ARTCs business systems in line with established processes and proceduresEnable day-to-day functions of operational ARTC locationsProvide administration support to the Area Manager and others as required or requestedManage orders within the financial system, including inventoryProvide the required support to maintain the correct data in ARTC enterprise systems eg Ellipse, Ci Financials, etcReceive deliveries as appropriateUndertake other duties as requiredWhat do we want from you?EssentialProven administration skillsWell-developed written and oral communication skillsDeveloped problem resolution and interpersonal skillsIntermediate experience in the Microsoft Office suite of programsIntermediate experience and knowledge of asset management and financial systemsMotor Vehicle Drivers licence Class CDesirableIT computing skills including experience in database interrogation and analysis of data.Sound knowledge of railway infrastructure and systemsWhat will you get from us?Talk to us about flexible working optionsCompetitive remunerationResources to support your health and wellbeing and developmentNovated leasing options, as well as discounts and support programs24/7 Employee Assistance Program for all employees and their direct family membersOur Organisation and CultureAt ARTC, were more than just a rail network.
