Personal Care Assistant - Daylesford Aged CareCentral Highlands Rural Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants for a variety of shifts, both part-time and casual, at our Aged Care Facility based in Daylesford.Daylesford Aged Care is a 30-bed facility, co-located with Daylesford Hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing a high standard of care in a supportive and inclusive environment.What we need from youCertificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III in Aged Care or similar qualificationExperience in an Aged Care environmentExperience providing services and activities centered around resident needs, including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, and social activitiesHigh level of customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience with electronic documentationUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilitiesAvailability to work across 7 days, including evenings and morningsDetails of Appointment:Permanent part-time and casual positions availableSalary:Dependent on experience, as per award, plus superannuation (25% casual loading for casual appointments)About CHRH:Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organization operating five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria, Australia.
