Please email careers@achieveaustralia.org.au or call us on 02 9066-5550 to discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make so you can take part in our recruitment process and/or visit one of our sites.Role ResponsibilitiesLoad designated merchandise and donations from and for stores into/out of The Sewing Basket VanDeliver designated items to specified locations during nominated times; unpack items as required; assist staff members to do the same when requiredEnsure delivery vehicle is presentable; assist in keeping storage areas in stores and warehouse organised as directedProvide prompt, efficient, and friendly service for all work-related matters; role model for and assist employees with disabilities to interact with all staff in a courteous and friendly mannerDevelop positive relationships with all staff to ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness and a congenial atmosphere in stores and warehouseParticipate in training as directedNote, problem-solve, and advise on on-the-job issues arisingComply with Achieve Australia policies and guidelinesTo be successful in this role, you will need:Current Working with Children CheckCurrent NDIS Worker CheckCurrent First Aid certificateAbility to work well with colleagues, employees and volunteersAbility to carry and move items up to 30kgsAchieve Australia has been supporting people with disability for 70 years.
