When it comes to outcomes for our Clients,we dont just do the norm, we redefine the normGrosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team based from our office in Tamworth this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clientsLeading a team of Dry TechniciansProviding technical advice regarding dry fireWorking closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers with Fire reactive and planned worksSupport the team with leadership and technical assistanceCapitalise on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishmentsCommunicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflowSelection Criteria:A strong technical background, and experience within theFire Services IndustryProven background and experience inFire Service dry fireProven ability toachieve targetswhile maintainingfocus on qualityExperience with quoting, reporting and team managementUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
