It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Brisbane!A few of your responsibilitiesMonitor and update published rosters in line with business needs and workforce governanceCoordinate daily staffing and overtime requirements in line with EA, policy and statutory obligationsAction inbox and messaging requests on a daily basisPrepare and finalise time files for payroll processing with a high degree of accuracySupport team members with rostering, payroll, and policy-related queriesEnsure compliance with workforce frameworks, company policies, and WHS responsibilitiesUphold The Stars Code of Conduct and contribute to a risk-aware and safety-focused workplaceWhat we arelooking forTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or BusinessOver 2 years of experience in a high-volume rostering environment preferredStrong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesSound technical knowledge of workforce and payroll systemsA positive mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environmentAbout youYoull play a key role in ensuring that rostering and staffing across the property runs smoothly and in line with governance and compliance standards.
