Covering sick leave and annual leave.Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and responding to emailsManaging the practice database with confidentialityManaging incoming and outgoing mailMaintains a record management system including, filing, storage, archiving and disposal of records according to regulatory requirementsWord processing such as reports, letters, memos, newsletters, brochures, signs.Manage office suppliesThe successful applicant for this position will have:Previous reception and administration experience - residential aged care desirable.Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitudeThe ability to multi-task and manage your time ina fast-paced environment.Previous Human Force and Manad software experience desired but not essentialA high professional work ethic with compassion and commitment to patient careMaintain Strict ConfidentialityExcellent Attention to DetailExperience in payroll desirable but not requirementThe successful applicant will be required to have the following:Proof of COVID-19 vaccination with three dosesIf you believe you fit this criterion, please apply!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. For many years she was a regular visitor to a number of aged care facilities.Holloway continued to expand and in 2005 a 30 bed high care unit was added along with a new 10 bed low care house. Total of beds increased to 70 along with a more skilled work force this included Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.With this expansion, the result was a change in services therefore a name change was required to reflect the different care needs thus Holloway became Holloway Aged Care Services.
