We are a family owned business.This role is part of a team that is responsible for monitoring the grounds, pool & maintenance repairs, operations & presentation of all aspects of the properties Carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and any other maintenance requirements.Management of the presentation of common area facilities, pool, gardens & lawns is central to daily activities (particularly in spring, summer & autumn).We are a proud work safe environment.Ideal candidates would include tradies & handy people who are looking to have a change of pace and a set work program with direction & support.
