This is a casual position focused on supporting young adults with disabilities to build life skills, confidence, and connection through community-based support.Youll work primarily 1:1 with a participant and in group settings, helping them navigate everyday routines, engage in activities they enjoy, and build independence over time. The role may involve early starts, long shifts, and supporting participants with complex needs so being reliable, calm under pressure, and emotionally intelligent is essential.Youll receive thorough onboarding and ongoing training, and youll be supported by a vibrant team culture that values initiative, collaboration, and personal growth.
