This role plays a vital part in achieving our development and production targets.POSITION SUMMARYEmployment TypePermanent full-time positionLocationBased at our Gordon Sirdar Gold Mine approximately 55km north-east of Kalgoorlie (NO FIFO)TravelTransportation to and from the worksite is provided by the company.Roster Hours10.5-hour shifts on a 6:1, 6:8 roster (42-hour week), rotating between day and night shifts.SUMMARY OF ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Charge Up Operator at our Gordon Sirdar Gold Mine, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation and charging of blast holes within the underground mining environment. This role requires a strong understanding of explosives handling, blast design, and mine safety protocols. Youll need excellent attention to detail, a high level of situational awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
