The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met.Working alongside our head chef, you will be given a fantastic opportunity to develop your current culinary skillset.To be successful in the role you will need to be:Competent in all aspects of pans, grill and larder work.An excellent team player.A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar role.Have the ability to work under pressure during peak service times.Possess excellent knowledge and demonstrate a passion for food.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery)Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality.Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.Team player attitude and willingness to work within a small, diverse team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines.Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.Want to learn, grow and progress within the industry.If you''re an enthusiastic Chef who shares our passion for great food and a work-life balance, we''d love to hear from you.
